Asbestos & Lead Compliance

The Virtus Group, LLC staff has been providing professional and effective solutions to clients who seek to identify, manage or abate asbestos within their properties.   Asbestos related services are completed by a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), and Pennsylvania licensed asbestos inspectors, project designer and management planner.  Asbestos consulting services emphasis on personnel and building occupant safety, containment and abatement regulated practices.    

Virtus offers economical and reliable on-site lead-based paint (LBP) inspections and risk assessments at commercial and residential properties using an X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) analyzer.  The XRF is a direct reading non-destructive testing method approved by the U.S. EPA to accurately measure lead concentrations on painted surfaces.  LBP inspections, risk assessments, final clearance sampling, and lead abatement project designs are conducted by Pennsylvania licensed risk assessors and project designers.
