Our IAQ, IEQ and Mold and Moisture consulting services focus on identifying problems that actually exist and providing timely, cost-effective solutions up to and including corrective actions. Since The VIRTUS GROUP does not perform any remediation (i.e. mold), restoration (i.e. fire and water), or corrective actions (i.e. HVAC maintenance, systems balancing, etc.), we have no conflicts of interest that can interfere with the identification process, development of remediation plans or corrective action plans. We are free to work toward our goal of educating and training our clients to prevent problems or deal intelligently with problems when and if they exist.
